[Acne] What do you do with pimples that takes a month/ months to go away?

These three pimples has been on my face for a month, the head never shows up and I already did everything I could, from using an ice, sulfur spot treatment, adapalene to using antibiotics.This isn't the first time this ever happened. Most of my pimples are cystic and it's making me impatient to wait for a month until it goes away...then wait for another 2 months for the scar to fade away.
