[Product Question] How do I know if Head and Shoulders is effective for my skin/ if I have fungal acne ?

I’m not sure if i habe fungal acne or not but based on similar posts, i think i do. I’ve started using a light layer of head and shoulders on my forehead.If this is an appropriate treatment, when would i notice results ?
