Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have combo/dry skin and long for a smooth, glowy complexion. Although my skin isn’t’ currently where I’d love it to be, I just remembered a time in my life when I did have that flawless and glass-skin look that I’m trying to achieve now.A few summers back, I worked as a camp counselor and life guard and spent so much time in the sun (with continual sunscreen application of course). Now that I think about it, my skin always looked best during times of my life when I had lots of sun exposure. My skin looked fresh and glowy with almost zero texture. My routine then was simple. Face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen (daytime). When I attempt the same routine now, my skin easily gets dull, dry, and my forehead cc’s get wild (I use ahas/bhas to combat it).So my question is, what was the difference? Is sun exposure a strong form of exfoliation? Was it the chlorine in the water? Idk if this is a stupid question, but I’m supposed to start tret soon and am dreaming of what my skin can be lol (ps, I currently avoid the sun when I can and use plenty of sunscreen).
