[Sun Care] What do you guys think of this sunscreen experiment?

To summarize, someone in China experimented with 18 different sunscreens in 34C degrees. He sat outside under the sun for 3 hours, and this was the outcome of each sunscreen. Although I find it interesting and intriguing, I can't seem to understand why some of the tanning resulted in different colors? like blue and green parts of his skin in contrast to brown and red?
