Can I apply Azelaic acid at night if my moisturizer has peptides? [Product question]

Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% from TO states online that it conflicts with peptides. I just switched my night cream to holy hydration from elf, and while I love it so far, it states it has peptides. Can I put the Azelaic Acid on at night, even if I wait 10-30 minutes before applying my moisturizer?
