[Personal] How I quickly healed my red raw nose from a cold.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I got sick last week, and I’m still sick now, but I managed to heal my red raw nose in just a couple days. This is what worked for me, so I’m sharing in case it can help anyone else.So for the first 2-3 days I was blowing my nose a million times a day and using toilet paper because it’s all I had on hand. Of course my nose became red and raw. My first step I fixing it was switching to a very soft tissue with lotion in it (I used Puffs).Next I started covering the raw areas with aquaphor. I would just slather it on. Yes I was still blowing my nose a lot, and the aquaphor would rub off, but I just reapplied. Within 2 days my nose was not raw anymore. It was red and the skin around the nostrils was very flaky. With the rawness gone, I started applying lotion to the area, and then sealing it with aquaphor. I used Acure radically rejuvenating whipped night cream because it’s very moisturizing, and I love it.Once the redness calmed down, about a day later, I gently exfoliated the flakes with TO glycolic acid and a cotton round . After applying the acid, I moisturized, and applied the aquaphor again. It took about a day or 2 to completely get rid of the flakes. As I said I’m still sick, on day 11 now, but my nose is in great condition, despite blowing it several times a day.
