Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have heard so many different opinions but I wanted to know your guys' thoughts. Should I use a toner once in the morning, morning AND evening, or evening only?For context, I am a 24M and I am currently using Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner. The NEXT toner I am going to get will be the I'm From - Rice Toner.Let me know what you guys think. As of right now, I only do once in the morning. Thanks!
