[ACNE] I have had this is in my face for 2-3 weeks now... not sure if it’s a blind pimple or what. Very swollen, kind of firm, kind of soft. Doesn’t hurt unless I press into it. I’ve been putting hydrocolloid bandages on it, as well as zinc cream, for 3 nights now with no change. Any help please
