Beauty Tips For Body Care
Last year I have lost a little weight and suddenly I stopped liking or recognizing my face. Spent a ton on face creams, tried to gain weight which helped a little but not much. I started drinking gelatin (and I'm vegetarian so imagine my despair). I though 'Well, shit, aging got me in the end" and I might have even helped it with the not eating right. Started looking into fillers for my sinking eyes. Watching videos on yt explaining how fillers work as padding between bone and skin. And thought hey, if only we could increase volume of tissue naturally. WE CAN. It's called muscles. Stumbled across facial yoga and me being impatient I could not follow the exercises but I just basically did a smiley duck face for 8 h for a week till it hurt and closed my eyes hard repetitively. My face is mostly back. The muscle even lifted my undereye hollows. When I touch my face I can literally feel the difference in angles, my temples are staring to fill up. When I lost the weight last year it must have been muscle. So I recommend spending your home office with a fake duck smile, if you don't have to be on camera of course;)
