[routine help] 3 days on Azelaic Acid B&A. Help for dryness

Beauty Tips For Body Care
beforebeforeAfterAfterI've recently started using 15% Azelaic Acid gel (finacea) for help with my Papulopustular Rosacea and whilst I was warned to not expect results until a months times however I could see a positive change in my skin after just 2 days. With the red dots all over my cheeks disappearing immediately and the stubborn red patch by my temples already fading. The only problem is that I'm finding it to be very dehydrating. Could anyone recommend something to counteract this?Current Routineclarins alpine herbs cleansing milkFinacea 15% Azelaic acid gelbenton centella gel (only really using atm for a bit of extra hydration)No7 protect and perfect serum - silicone based matrixylHyaluron - gel based hyaluronic acid (but i'm running out as i appear to have accidently thrown away my other tube!)CeraVe lotionThe Ordinary hemi squalene (this was ad hoc use but the dryness / dehydration has made me use this twice daily)Clarins SOS comfort mask (now wearing this all day if I don't have work and my skin is DRINKING it up)(and and oil cleanse plus sunscreen if i leave the house)Advice much appreciated, although its worth noting that my face HATES aloe vera and Shea butter and Mineral oils break me outEDIT: Finacea is not supposed to be used under an occlusive layer
