[Routine help] My forehead is dehydrated oily and appears to have tiny bumps??

My forehead was so clear, but recently started acting up :/ I think it was my acure brightening face cleanser which recently changed their formula that now includes alcohol and fragrance.. So I have dropped it and just started using Aveeno Ultra-Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser..I also started using TO squalane oil.Here's a picture of my forehead..https://imgur.com/YpqQAnQIf you zoom in you can see tiny bumps. After I wash my face it gets shiny. Any advice would be appreciated.
