Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been trying to evolve my routines during quarantine and have been really good with my am and pm skincare routine. Around 2 weeks ago I started to do hiit workouts midday as it helps me keep my energy and productivity levels high throughout the day. Hiit workouts are quite sweaty and I feel that I really have to wash my face in the shower. This leads me to feeling the need to redo my skincare routine afterwards. As a result, I end up doing my skincare 3 times a day - is that weird? People who workout midday - do you do the same thing?
