Beauty Tips For Body Care
Almost 2 years ago I had eyelid dermatitis for a few months and although the dryness has gotten better, the wrinkles have stayed. So I try my best to moisturise my eyelids with creams. However, I've now heard that eye gels and creams should only be used under the eyes and not on the eyelids. Is this true? if so, what products or types of moisturisers should I use on my eyelids?Also, any (cheap) eye cream suggestions would be great!
