[acne] anyone with active mild adult acne attempted microneedling to get rid of scarring?

Basically my acne is mild but never ending (tried everything, really) but I really want to attempt to reduce the scarring before it’s too late. I’m nervous to try needling with acne but also don’t see much choice here, anyone have any success stories?
