[product question] Will the ordinary Lactic acid help with my textural irregularities ( closed comedones) ?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone! So, I went back to the drawing board a few months ago with my skincare and realised less is more.I have what would be described as ‘clear skin’, but deal with these pesky skin coloured spots of sorts on my forehead. I think they are closed comedones- you can’t really see them, but I can feel it when i touch my forehead.I’ve been using the ordinary 5% Lactic Acid to treat this ( as it was recommended by their team). I’ve been using this for about 3 months now, but i don’t think much has changed ( in terms of treating that issue.I spoke to their team again and they’ve recommend i use the 10% version of the Lactic Acid to yield better results. Do you think I should continue using this, or just try something else?I did consider trying the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA, but was worried that other AHA’s/BHA’s May be too harsh on my skinNote: I started using Lactic Acid as a recommendation for my sensitive skin. All my current skincare products are currently the ordinary, apart from face cleanser.Note 2: I’m also not sure if there haven’t been great results, because of my current facial cleanser which is drying ( I’m changing this to Cervae now)
