[Routine Help]What is a good creamy moisturizer for my sister that's in remission and has dry skin?

My sister has beaten breast cancer (HELL YAAH!) and is looking to substitute her high-ish end Estee Lauder max moisture cream ulta hydration cream (the people who treated her gave it to her for free). She loves the cream but she wants a similar one for a slightly more affordable price that is creamy but light to hydrate her dry skin. And if you recommend a good cleanser as well to go along that would be great :)
