[Acne] Could someone help me figure out how to get rid of these small pimples (?) on my chest/shoulders? I have dry skin but get mild acne on my face. I exfoliate my body with a loofah, and dermatologist also prescribed me salicylic acid bodywash and clindamycin but nothing is working.
