Okay, so I have really sensitive skin and i literally get allergies from strong stuffNow my neck and face are wayy darker than the rest of my body, it is probably because I was chubby and lost weight. Other than that my skin is clear. Also I have really some white stuff on my hair and I need to apply some medicine to get rid of it...Can you help me get my face and neck the same complexion as my body?Idk what to do, any advice will be helpful.
