[Acne] 13-year-old daughter getting white heads on her nose. I know you aren’t supposed to pick them, but what should she do?

Looking for how to support my 13 year old daughter. She is struggling with acne only on her nose. She has extensive blackheads and some times white heads. She is self-conscious going to school with them. We’ve gotten her on a routine of washing with Cetaphil and using their lotion which has helped. When she has a large white head what should we do? I’ve seen posts about pricking the head of the zit and putting the gel bandages on to suck out the gunk but I’m not sure. Advice welcome!
