Beauty Tips For Body Care
I dealt with cystic acne starting in grade school. It was everywhere including my face, neck, chest and back. It’s gotten drastically better over the years as I’ve done everything from topical retinoids, oral antibiotics, and accutane. Much of my issues today are recovering from the hyperpigmentation and/or scarring left behind on my chest and back. But even after all my treatments, I still get small flesh colored breakouts on my face if I stop using differin or get my period. I’ve also noticed that I am still getting random whiteheads on my neck, chest, and back that leave me with hyperpigmentation making the clearing process difficult. I have tried going fragrance free for products, washes, and detergents. I’ve also tried changing my pillow case frequently and stoped touching my face. But nothing seems to stop the pimples!I’m in my late 20’s now and I just don’t know what more I can do to manage the acne. It’s frustrating because no one else in my family deals with it or cares for their skin the way I do. Does anyone have recommendations to get things under control? I’m open to products but I really want to know about lifestyle changes I maybe missing.
