I'm trying to get rid of some new but very deep red / purple acne marks. I'm also currently using 0.1 % tretinoin every other night, and plan to use it in the morning before moisturizer. Unfortunately the tret alone is causing more PIE than getting rid of it since I had to go through the purge first.
