Beauty Tips For Body Care
I had already completed an entire Accutane treatment which completely helped me get rid of my acne but it came back. Not as bad a before but still pretty bad. I felt like I had a pretty great routine too but my acne kept getting worse.then a friend of my mom recommended I should focus on changing my diet and my food intake. And, I cannot thank her enough. I got started on some research and made a lot of changes in what I had and I can surely say that it really does help. I'll summarize the changes I made below:cut your sugar intake (sweets, cola, etc)have more fruits (The fruits I started having on a daily basis were strawberries, bananas, watermelons, oranges, blueberries, papayas and kiwis) - 1 bowl each dayfill up on your greens ( kale, spinach, cabbage, lettuce) (I used to prefer making a smoothie along with vegan protein or just add it in a wrapsgenerally have more veggies ( I made sure to have a completely vegetarian meal once a day full with all the veggies I could get my hand oncut dairy intake (I was a little sceptical that dairy really made that big of a difference but I felt it also had a role to play. I didn't go vegan but just reduced my dairy consumption )having less processed foods (I used to have a ton of sauces, frozen foods, and other processed items which I cut down on)I didn't take any other additional supplements apart from just cod liver oil.I would say that I cannot pinpoint which change made the biggest difference but this trial run of having a different diet definitely helped me a lot. It was really uncomfortable at first and I did get a lot of sugar cravings but I feel it was definitely worth it.Please share your thoughts on these points and other changes or things that you have incorporated in your diet which might have helped you.
