Beauty Tips For Body Care
https://i.imgur.com/dOSGADO.jpg I’ve had sensitive skin my whole life. It got much better as I grew older. I stopped using sensitive skin care lines. Well, I started paying more attention to the fact following a shower I’d get red and blotchy on my upper chest/back. Sometimes tiny bumps would rise. I switched everything back. Sensitive skin soap, sensitive skin laundry detergent, tried different face washes, etc. I even just bought a shower filter. The only thing that might have changed with the shower filter is I notice maaybeee less bumps/splotches? The splotchiness, bumps, and redness go away within 1-2 hours and its like nothing happen. It sometimes itches. My boyfriend’s mom suggested I stop taking warm showers. With Winter approaching that sounds miserable. I definitely DON’T take hot showers, not even close. It used to happen real bad with my face (for maybe less time, 30 minutes. Not sure why it doesn’t happen as much anymore) Does anybody have any suggestions? Should I try a different shower filter? I figured I might as well keep it because I heard it can help my curly hair not get dry/frizzy and prevent buildup. The shower filter is a bwdm 15 Stage Shower Filter if that makes any difference. (Fairly cheap)
