[Product Question] Budget friendly Azelaic acid, niacinamide, and Vitamin C? Must be safe to use with Tretinoin and BP

Hi! I have just been prescribed tretinoin and BP for my acne, but I have some PIE and PIH scarring.Do y’all have recommendations for azelaic acid, niacinamide, and vitamin c that won’t break the bank and is safe to use with my prescriptions?Preferably nothing of The Ordinary because my skin does not seem to like that brand.Thank you :)Edit: My doctor has told me to use BP in the morning everyday and Tret at night every night
