[Skin Concerns] anyone know what this could be on my gf’s neck? pretty much everywhere - neck being the worst. haven’t been able to get a doc appt yet. was advised by a chemist to take anti histamines & apply creams. itchy/sore & they have a dry/rough feeling to them. any help would be great
