[Skin Concerns]To say my skin is angry due to having to wear a mask every day would be an understatement. I've tried so many different things to alleviate it's anger (will list in post) and nothing seems to have helped. Wondering if anyone might have any input or notice something I may have missed?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Pictures were taken just after mask came off for the day.For background, I have oily skin that I wouldn't really describe as super sensitive, just more reactive than anything (if that makes sense. It'll get red at the slightest touch, but tends to dissipate rather quickly). I've been struggling with acne for quite some time now, but seemed to have it relatively under control before mandatory daily mask use became a thing. I don't claim to be any kind of expert and please do correct me if you look at these pictures and think me to be wrong, but I believe my acne, when it does happen to occur, to be mostly hormonal in nature (I'm transgender and on testosterone). I did go to the dermatologist, but so far nothing they've tried has helped. My acne WAS under control pre-mask era so I'm really hesitant to resort to accutane, as I don't think this is an issue that's going to persist once we don't have to wear masks anymore. My skin everywhere else on my face is looking the best it's ever looked right now, it's just the area the mask covers is a total nightmare.https://preview.redd.it/4qxwswpfn0261.jpg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=696679b441f5a69307a9e37b1b1f53ca50e9b467https://preview.redd.it/jh292wpfn0261.jpg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=608963d8c8ddf679110a10fbd1fbf6a208486a64Things I've tried/am trying to do:Change my pillow case at least once a weekChanging the type of mask I'm using (so far I've tried cotton, silk, and surgical masks. All have severely angered my skin)Completely eliminated dairy and have limited sugar intake just in case that was contributingUsing aquaphor under my mask on irritated areas (resulted in tons of little bumps on areas that the aquaphor was applied. Assuming it had something to do with the fact that my skin is very oily and my job is active and I sweat a lot/ have lots of moisture build up from breathing heavily from activity on the job.)Swapping masks throughout the day and rinsing my face with water whenever I do soWent to the dermatologist and tried 2 months of doxycycline then 2 months of minocycline, saw literally no results and completely wrecked my stomachHave been on adapalene 0.3 % for about a month now, used to work in the past so I do have relatively high hopes for this one. I know it takes quite a while to see full resorts so I know I'll have to wait another month or so to see its full effect.CURRENT ROUTINE AM:Youth to the People Superfood CleanserIsntree green tea fresh tonerInkey List Q10Versed Dew Point Moisturizing Gel-CreamPURITO Centella Green Level Unscented SunCURRENT ROUTINE PM:Simple micellar cleansing waterYouth to the People superfood cleanserIsntree green tea fresh tonerThe Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%Adapalene 0.3 %The Ordinary marine hyaluronicsCOSRX ultimate moisturizing honey overnight mask(PS if anyone thinks something is off about my routine, constructive criticism very much welcomed. I'm worried about my skin's moisture barrier and I've been struggling to find the right moisturizers due to it being so darn oily.)
