[Acne] how do people feel about at home high frequency tools to help fight acne?

Hi all! I had a facial yesterday and my aesthetician used a high frequency tool to kill bacteria and help treat hormonal acne on my chin. After she told me about it and the benefits I was curious about high frequency tools for home use. Does anyone have any experience with these? Any particular brand you’d recommend? How often do/did you use it? Did you notice any real difference? Anything is helpful! Thank you in advance!
