[Acne] I've popped a cystic pimple; what can I do now?

So I used to have a lot of closed comedones, most of those are coming to a head thanks to my new routine. But recently one CC came to a head, I put a hydrocolloid patch on it and then another CC right next to it also came to a head! So I did the same thing as before, but this time a 3rd CC startet to get really bumpy and painful. Most of my CC hurt once they turn into a pimple, but this one was different. To be sure I put another hydrocolloid patch on it but it didn't help. I then thought that I have to deal with it the hard way and tried to pop the painful, bumpy pimple. It didn't really work tho and then I figured out that the painful and bumpy pimple is a cystic breakout! After I attempted to pop it, I instantly put another hydrocolloid patch on it and even used a hot compress to help with it. Now, 16hrs later it still hurts so much and I don't want to put any actives on it, because I'm scared it'll infect the cystic pimple (idk if that's a thing). My question is now: what should I do? Should I continue to leave a hydrocolloid patch on it to minimize potential scarring and ice it? I really want it gone before the holidays :/ Thanks in advance!
