[Product Question] What anti-aging or anti-wrinkles products do you use and would recommend?

My mother is not into skincare but I heard her multiple times saying that she would like to do something about her wrinkles. I know it bothers her and I want to help but I am pretty new to skincare as well. I'm afraid of doing more damage by buying random products and I wanted to have at least some suggestions
