[Skin Concerns] Can fat atrophy be reversed? Scared I ruined my face with micro current - sudden dent in face!

I used the Nuface microcurrent every day 3 weeks and wish I never did!I now have a dent on one side of my cheeks; like a double smile line on one side. I stopped using the microcurrent but it’s still been like this for 2 weeks now. Has this happened to anyone else?! If I stop using it, can my skin heal and go back to the way it was? I’m so sad that this has happened, it looks stupid when I smile! Could it be permanent damage, or can my muscle to back to how it was??
