[skin concerns] I cannot seem to repair my moisture barrier this year - more acne, closed comedones, mask wearing, and super dry skin

Anyone else feel this way?My skin is terribly dry and nothing seems to help it this year. Further, I am breaking out in way more small, tiny pimples from what I assume is masks. I have only been using Neutrogena hydrating creamy cleanser and Vanicream cream. I even stopped Epiduo Forte for a while but that's something my acne needs. I reintroduced it every other day last week. I've been using it for over a year so my skin is adjusted.Now my skin is dry, bumpy from all the closed comedones and pimples, and I feel soooo lost on what to do. HA does not work with my climate and most heavy creams give me even more closed comedones. And yes, I apply Aquaphor over everything each night.I'm just looking for advice, help, or someone who is in the same situation!
