Beauty Tips For Body Care
okay so i’ve struggled w acne for as long as i can remember, and i felt it would be helpful to compile some things i’ve noticed and others have noticed that help!!1.) don’t touch ur face unless you just washed ur hands- ur fingers and hands have germs that can transfer to ur face, causing breakouts. if u have to touch, wash first!2.) clean any pillow cases, blankets, etc atleast once a week! this helps a lot cuz oil from these things can transfer to ur face & body so it’s important to keep clean!3.) diet. diet really effects my skin, so i limit gluten, don’t eat dairy, and eat a pretty low amount of sugar. this helps w my skin & my mood i’ve noticed. also drinking water!4.) keep it simple w skincare. try to just do the bare minimum, allow ur routine to have a cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, and i personally like tretinoin, but u can use any other active acne treatment to help ur skin concerns!5.) if ur acne is hormonal, look into birth control or spirolactone. these are hormonal treatments and help a lot!6.) If u wear makeup, please clean ur brushes atleast once a week! this will help so that dirt and oil don’t transfer from the brush to your face7.) last but deff not least, get enough sleep! i’ve noticed sleep helps w stress and skin!and those are my main tips!!!!!:)
