[ACNE] Help! I tried a pimple extractor tool (the metal loop thing?) and now I feel totally overwhelmed and lost

[[[my normal situation and routine is in comments]]]So my fiancé and I recently got one of those metal tools with the two loops on each end, meant to squeeze out pimples.I wasn’t going to use it at all, (my fiancé got it for his blackheads) but I tried it on a whim for fun, and wow...Nearly everywhere has something inside??White pus is hidden everywhere???Ever since, I’ve been obsessive with using this thing and I think I may be using it too much. But now that I know my face is hiding all this stuff- ugh! I feel lost and distraught and confused about what to do.Is this a huge problem and means my face needs serious work, or is it normal for each pore to contain a little bit of white?
