Beauty Tips For Body Care
I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I got an email confirmation and payment was taken out of my bank account. Never got a shipping confirmation, so I check my order status and they have no record of it. I open a ticket, no response after several days. I just called them, spent 16 minutes on hold, and an automated message tells me they're busy and I need to contact them through their website, then hangs up on me.Anyone else experiencing issues like this?UPDATE: I opened a ticket requesting they cancel my order and got a response within minutes. Of course.I appreciate everyone's advice, thank you for the help!
