[Product Question] Is oil cleansing necessary to remove silicone based moisturisers?

I think silicones are clogging my pores. I rarely oil cleanse so that might be the reason. I'm afraid too much of oil cleansing will also clog my pores sadly I'm prone to cystic acne.Do y'all oil cleanse even if you don't wear sunscreen or makeup?
