[SKIN CONCERN] Are those burns? Got them 2 days ago all over my body when somebody splashed 40% TCA peel at me as a joke thinking that it was water, I washed it off as quickly as possible but it took me a whole minute or two to wipe it all off my skin and most of them look like this. What do I do?
