I have KP and after many, many years, I’ve finally gotten it to a point where it’s (mostly) managed. While the actual KP isn’t as prominent, I have a lot of scarring left on the back of my arms and the sides of my calves which makes it look so much worse than it actually is. I’m also South Asian and have always been prone to hyperpigmentation so the scars really stick out. I’ve been exfoliating and using AmLactin for about a year and a half now which has supremely helped with reducing and preventing the KP, but hasn’t really made a difference with the scarring. I’m pretty happy with my KP routine so I’m not really looking for something related to that, just the scarring (if that makes sense).I don’t expect the scars to completely go away, but I would really appreciate product/routine suggestions for fading them a bit.
