Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm wondering if anyone else thinks about this! Quite often on my days off I'll exercise either outside or in a gym in the middle of the day/early afternoon.I want to do my AM routine (below) when I wake up so I have sunscreen on for the morning, but then I always shower after I exercise!Sometimes I "redo" my AM routine after my shower because it's too early for my PM routine particularly if I'm going out later, but I don't know if it's overkill!How do you guys handle this if you're in the same situation?
