Beauty Tips For Body Care
I was put on Alysena/Alesse for my PCOS. This all happening super recently. I read that Alesse is mid-tier for acne due to the levongestrel but I've also only been on this pill for a month.My skincare is just Neutrogena acne wash, First Aid Beauty moisturizer, and Neutrogena sheer sunscreen. Working on the inside, I'm taking a beauty vitamin by SUKU (Hyaluronic Acid, Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin C & E, and Zinc).I've got the run-of-the-mill hormonal acne (painful jaw bumps) and nothing's changed since starting BC. I find that the cysts go down after taking a vitamin so I’m wondering whether this is the best I can do.Do I switch BC after the initial 3 months? Change my routine? Or seek other/additional medicines?
