[Acne] Gamers (and frequent over-the-ear headphone wearers), how do you sanitize your headset earpads to reduce breakouts?

I've been playing games more often lately, and despite sanitizing my headset's ear pads regularly, I notice that I still break out a bit near that contact area. I'm baffled because you commonly see streamers with long hair wear their headsets over their hair for hours on end. I know they can use filters and makeup, but still! Does anyone have some secret life hack or something that I just am unaware of? haha
