Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have always had moderate hormonal acne and it has always been VERY stubborn. It kills my confidence when it flairs up and I feel like I’ve tried everything under the sun and nothing seems to work. I recently read a lot of suggestions to try spearmint capsules for hormonal acne so I thought hell, why not? I have been taking 2 capsules a day for about 3 weeks and I am still getting my regular hormonal acne :(Am I just being impatient? Those of you with success taking spearmint: how long did it take to fully clear your skin?And does anyone else who struggles with hormonal acne have any advice? (Skin care, diets, etc?) I’m 26 F and I’ve been dealing with it since middle school. I’m just so ready to find SOMETHING that actually works. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
