[Routine Help] - First time using Rosehip Oil

Hi everyone,I recently purchased Rosehip Oil (first time using any type of oil at all) for hyperpigmentation of old acne. It was recommended to be used at the PM time. After applying the oil, how long do I leave it on my face as I couldn't find instructions online? The last few days since I started, I left it on my face for the night and went to bed after applying it. The smell tends to be quite strong, and the oil tends to get in my pillow case. Am I using it correctly?
