Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello, I hope I am right here :).I'm quite new to the world of skin care, since earlier I only used to use water or a cleanser to clean my skin and maybe use a daily cream. At the beginning of the year I started to research a lot about the korean skin care routine and I try to follow it as possible (but I only use certified natural cosmetics, earlier I did not), because my skin is kinda full with acne, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, acne scars.. and anything else you can imagine. It's really affecting me for years, and now I'm in my early 20's.Since I switched to natural cosmetics and changed to a better skin routine my skin seems to be a bit better, but nevertheless, I still get all the stuff on my face. Skin is oily and also dry at the same time and acne scars are still there, also my pimples, acne and my black/whiteheads.I was thinking about going to a dermatologist for a fruit acid exfoliation, but it is quite expensive and also a bit creepy to me, since the acidity is quite high.So on further research I found out that you can also use it at home on a lower percentage of acids. Sounded perfect to me!..But I didn't find much about using BHA AND AHA at the same time. Most articles I found were about not mixing up both together but also I found some articles about using them after each other, so I am still extremely confused, especially because I read a lot that the usage of fruit acids for the skin can be damaging for your skin, if you use it wrong. So my questions are:Can I use AHA and BHA in my skin routine together, and if yes, how to do it best?If only one of those acids is good, which is best for acne scars and acne?Low percentage at the start or lower frequencies? How's the best way to make your skin get used to the acids? And if low percentage, which low percentage is best to start with?I found some products which combine AHA and BHA, do you think they can be recommended? (Still confuses me, because I read you shouldn't mix them up?).Anything else I have to pay attention to after and before using it?I hope someone can help me!Thanks in advance! :)
