Beauty Tips For Body Care
I am a 26 yo female and I have ordered the ordinary in squalene (the lowest dosage) to reduce the appearance of fine lines in my forehead. It's my first retinol product ever. I understand you must use sunscreen daily and I already do.But what worries me and I know it sounds silly, is that my window allow some light in. And since it's summer time, from 6 am, my room is quite bright even if I am still asleep and thus not applying sunscreen. So I am afraid I will catch some UV while sleeping and that it will damage my skin if I applied retinol before going to bed. My question is : is this amount of sun exposure significant ?Besides, I am concerned about the safety of its application at my age : will this affect the ability of my skin to produce collagen forever or can you just use it to "boost" your skin temporarily with no long -term effects ? I am scared to mess up with my skin, as if retinol would speed my collagen production now and I would be left with nothing at 50(I know, it's very unscientific haha 😂 If you have any studies to reassure me, don't hesitate ! I would be very eager to learn)Lastly, if I use this now and my fine lines disappear, do I have to pursue the treatment ?How long after an interruption does the skin remain sensitive to the sun ?Thank you so much
