[skin concern] Acne prone sensitive skin in freezing warehouse - what to do??

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey,First of all, if anyone reads through this and leaves a comment, thank you so much in advance! I am currently at a bit of a loss. Background informationI am a 22 yr old male. I've had acne for about 3-4 years and about 2 yrs ago it got pretty bad. Cystic acne all around my chin and some on my forehead. More or less never anything on my cheeks, but everywhere else, sometimes including my neck. I started using 5% benzoyl peroxide when it got really bad and I saw varied results, but my skin never really cleared up completely. In february, I was fed up, and went to see a dermotologist. It was a very short session, but he prescribed me a standard antibiotic pill cure + EpiDuo gel (0,3% adapelen and 2,5% BP) every other day for my acne. At the point I started the cure, my acne was not very severe, but I had regular flair ups including some cystic acne. This cure was somewhat successfull, and in some periods my skin was more or less clear. This cure ended after 3 months, and after this my skin has been better, but not anywhere near clear.Current routineWashing my face AM and PM using Cosmica Face Clean Gel (hope the link works) and moisturizing using standard CeraVe.Most nights also applying the EpiDuo before moisturizer. In the time before my problem started, I would also exfoliate once a week with the Ordinary AHA/ BHA peeling solution.Current problemI am working in a warehouse for the summer. It's about 0 degrees (32 FH) in there. Some days im in the freeze section where its -25 degrees (-13 FH). This is very cold compared to the summer weather outside. I've found that my skin was reacting to this. Skin started burning when I was applying moiusturizer/ washing my face. My face went very red when I was done at work and got back into a warmer climate (I have very fair skin, so blushing/ redness is not uncommon for me, but this was intense). I started covering my face more and using a hat + stopped washing my face in the morning to allow some natural oils on my face - this helped some, but not very much.Acne is not anywhere near cleared. I have regular flairups, though they are not as bad as they were 2 yrs ago. I constantly have some acne on my face. I will usually break out, and it will slowly go away, but before my skin clears, I have another break out. I think alchohol contributes to break outs from what I can tell (would love to hear if anyone has a similiar experience). My questions for youI would appreciate feedback on my routine. I would really love to clear my acne, but I don't really know what to do at this point. I was honestly assuming that a dermotologist would be able to put me on a more permanent cure. Should I go back to a dermo to get a more intense cure or is this something I could solve with the right routine.Considering my skin is very sensitive given my current work in warehouse, I don't know if I should back down on the EpiDuo, or if this would even help. I am trying to balance treating my acne with not doing to much to my skin so that the skin barrier can heal. Thanks for reading.
