[Routine Help] How do you mix Azclear medicated location (20%) with COSRX snail mucin?

Everyone keeps saying it goes on smoothly when they're mixed or when the snail mucin goes on first, but mine pills and becomes grainy when I mix them together. It then dries down and then pills even more when I apply moisturizer :( Am i doing something wrong?
