[Trigger Warning] My upper arms are covered in keloid scars and I often wear short sleeve shirts that don't cover them fully in the sun. Is sunscreen enough or do I have to wear SPF button down shirts for the rest of my life in the middle of summer? Are there SPF 'half sleeve' covers out there?
