[Acne] I hate this type of acne and I get it so frequently, starts off as a red bump, then gets a bunch of pus in it, and then it pops on its own and leaves a terrible mark, is there any way I can prevent specifically THIS type of acne? or atleast not let it pop on its own? or minimize its growth?
