[Acne] Products/ingredients that prevent pimples from healing in hyperpigmentation

I have recently been getting small pimples on my face (especially cheeks) that go away quickly but always leave a red/dark mark when they heal. Does anyone have any product/ingredient recommendations to prevent this from happening? I don't suffer from terrible acne but the hyperpigmentation stays for a long time whenever I do get small/medium pimples.Thank you in advance!!
