Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all!Routine: (Using Rhofade and benzoyl peroxide only in trouble areas that do not overlap)AM - Cerave Foaming Gel Cleanser Oil Control face wash, Rhofade, benzoyl peroxide, La Roche Posay Double Repair Moisture w/SPF.PM - Cerave Foaming Gel Cleanser Oil Control face wash, Rhofade, benzoyl peroxide, La Roche Posay Cerave Moisturizing Cream.I stopped using Rhofade for about a month or so ago because I felt it wasn't doing anything to reduce redness, but started it back up once I started flaking around the nose assuming that was the issue going off of it. Although, I only went on Rhofade to reduce redness before this and there was no issues of dryness/flaking.It just so happened to be when the season started changing so thinking that could be causing this too :(Should I be moisturizing more or just giving the Rhofade time to calm down the rosacea if it will? I started it about a week ago and have noticed a POSSIBLE SLIGHT difference. Maybe the Cerave Oil Control is too aggressive in colder months and I should switch to Cerave Hydrating? Also, I have been showering more frequently the last month or so going back into the office. I do take hot showers, but never let the hot water hit my face. Is this safe or is the possible steam causing damage?Thank you for the advice in advance!!!
